PurAgave is a new brand of Island Abbey Foods. Handcrafted from the finest select Premium Blue Agave Nectar from Mexico, our PurAgave™ solid Agave products include sweeteners, candies and natural health products. The PurAgave™ brand product line includes: PurAgave Agave Delights™, the world’s first 100% pure dried Agave candy and sweetener for tea or coffee; and PurAgave Agave Lozenges™, which contain 100% pure dried Agave with a small amount of naturally derived menthol and eucalyptus, and no artificial ingredients.


To develop a logo design and branding for all marketing material for the new brand of pure dried Agave products and to position the Island Abbey Foods line as natural products in the North American market.


To highlight the essence of the natural pure dried agave products in a logo and packaging design, we created a sign of agave plant. The symbol of the stylized agave plant became a key to identifying an entire line of lozenges as a natural product of Island Abbey Foods.


The new branding for PurAgave lozenges was successfully launched in the local and North American markets. The brand identity design met its goal: to be received as a vibrant, natural, and attractive packaging design, delivering the key marketing message to consumers of a healthy and natural product made in Canada.
