Elena Herweyer
Elena Herweyer, CEO and Creative Director

Giving top-quality branding and graphic design to international companies such as Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc.©, L'Oreal, Vichy, Samsung, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Mercedes-Benz, TNK-bp, Caparol, Novo Nordisk, IMC and Cheese Club Corporation, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, for more than 15 years.

The versatile experience Elena received during her work with international and local clients, along with her longtime focus on brand development services, led Elena to found Art Fresh Creative Studio in 2011, soon after she moved to Canada from Kyiv, Ukraine.

Elena is a professional artist with a Master's Degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. Her paintings are held in the private art collections of Ukraine, Canada, Poland and Germany. Since 1999, Elena has been a member of the National Artists’ Union of Ukraine. Several of Elena’s graphic design and advertising works have earned awards at the Annual International Festival of Advertising in Europe and USA. One of the recent awards was Bronze at the Summit Creative Awards for “Art Fresh Self-Promotion Campaign,” 2013, Boston, USA.

Andrey Potapov
Andrey Potapov, Brand Strategist

Eleven years of successful experience in advertising. Unquenchable thirst for self-improvement has allowed Andrey to develop his career from designer to a position of creative director in a European advertising agency.

Andrey has always thought in global terms in creating visual solutions for clients. This has allowed him to develop the strategic vision in creative projects for clients from Canada, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Italy and Poland.

Since 2011, Andrey has worked as Art Director and Creative Director with international clients that have included companies and brands such as Philip Morris, Samsung, Mastercard, Procter&Gamble, Cannes Festival Advertising, Billa REWE Group and 2H2 movers.

Andrey always offers clients more than just a beautiful look. Advertising masterpieces with accurate marketing strategy — this is what Andrey Potapov strives to reach while working on each project. His purpose is to surpass the highest expectations of the client.

Michela Quilici
Michela Quilici, Marketing Director

Michela is a marketing strategist and business development advisor with over 15 years of experience developing marketing strategies, leading teams and managing budgets for some of Canada’s fastest-growing companies, at all stages from zero to $20M. Through her individual coaching and consulting programs, she has worked with hundreds of business owners to help them get focused on the business growth activities that will impact their bottom lines and fast-track their growth.

She also serves as the Managing Director of the Vancouver chapter of eWomenNetwork, an award-winning global community, with a reach of a half-million entrepreneurs in six countries, providing a complete success system for companies in start-up, growth and leverage stages.

Igor Ratsun
Igor Ratsun, Senior Web Developer

Igor has more than 10 years of versatile experience working on the development of high-end websites for local and international clients, including 5 years as a team lead. His clients included, the City of Summerside, Art Fresh, Hermes Fashion, Vodafone and Amazonas. His wide range of professional skills in programming and web design have enabled Igor to develop highly effective web solutions for all types and sizes of businesses directly resulting in their achieving marketing goals.

Sergey Varlamov
Sergey Varlamov, Software Developer

He provides Art Fresh with technical leadership and guidance in both industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

Prior to joining Art Fresh, Sergey worked as a Software Integration Team Manager for Wisair Ltd. and as a Software Engineer for Or-Kav CAD Systems Ltd. In addition, Sergey has co-founded a start-up company, where he took a role of a Software Developer, providing various web applications.

Grahame Potter
Grahame Potter, Senior Copywriter

Grahame is a multi-award-winning writer who has created cutting-edge consumer and b2b campaigns for over 35 industries throughout Canada and the U.S. Employing a 30+ year overview of the entire marketing mix, he writes websites, landing pages, e-blasts, articles, brochures, outdoor and transit ads, newsletters, sales letters, and slogans you can hang brands on.

Lori Mayne
Lori Mayne, Writer and Editor

Lori is a professional writer and educator with more than 20 years of communications experience in media, classroom and corporate environments.

She instructs post-secondary courses and facilitates professional development workshops in professional and business writing, plain language and workplace communication, among other topics. She also provides one-on-one coaching services to individuals who want to sharpen their writing skills or gain another perspective on specific writing projects.

As a writer, Lori produces articles, reports and communications materials; provides editing and research services; and identifies media opportunities for both businesses and non-profit organizations.

Lori teaches English 101 at the University of Prince Edward Island, and she has also facilitated courses through Holland College, Ceridian, and Making Words Matter, her own writing and education business. She has delivered programs to 2,000 people across PEI.
