PurAgave is a new brand of Island Abbey Foods. Hand crafted from the finest select Premium Blue Agave Nectar from Mexico, our PurAgave™ solid Agave products include sweeteners, candies and natural health products. The PurAgave™ brand product line includes: PurAgave Agave Delights™, the world’s first 100% pure dried Agave candy and sweetener for tea or coffee; and PurAgave Agave Lozenges™, which contain 100% pure dried Agave with a small amount of naturally derived menthol and eucalyptus, and no artificial ingredients.
 

Challenge

To develop a logo and to design a visual style for all promotional material for the new brand of pure dried Agave products and to promote the Island Abbey Foods line of natural products in the North American market.

Solution

To highlight the essence of the natural pure dried agave products in a logo and packaging design, we created an image of agave plant. The symbol of the stylized agave plant became a key to identifying an entire line of lozenges as a natural product of Island Abbey Foods.

Results

The new branding for PurAgave lozenges was successfully launched in the local and North American markets. The branding met its goal: to be received as a vibrant, natural, and attractive packaging design, delivering the key marketing message to consumers of a healthy and natural product made in Canada.
